New Plan STL works with small, people-centered organizations in St. Louis and throughout the Midwest to improve how things function day to day. We help identify gaps, simplify workflows, and put practical systems in place that support the people doing the work.
Much of our work involves organizations operating in structured or highly accountable environments, where consistency and follow-through matter. We focus on clear, workable solutions that reduce friction and support steady progress, rather than layered processes that slow teams down.
Supporting Families & Home-Based Care
We also work directly with families navigating care in the home. Our role is to help bring structure, coordination, and clarity to daily routines while supporting long-term stability.
Whether it’s organizing care logistics or helping manage complex home-based support, we approach this work thoughtfully and with respect for how personal these situations can be.
Our Approach
New Plan STL is intentionally small. Clients work directly with us, not through multiple layers or handoffs.
We start by listening and understanding what’s already in place. From there, we focus on practical adjustments that make existing systems more manageable and sustainable. The goal isn’t to change how people work or live, but to help what’s already happening run more smoothly.
